For just £50/month, members receive 20 rental days per year on one of our five Mares Horizon units, with priority access, flexible booking, and exclusive purchase incentives.

FAQ – Horizon 20 Membership
Q: Do I need to be certified on the Mares Horizon to join?
Yes. The Horizon 20 Membership is only available to certified Mares Horizon divers. However, we offer training if you need it.
Q: How are rental days booked?
Booking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Members get priority access to available units.
Q: Can I use more than one unit or let someone else use my rental?
No. The membership is personal and non-transferable.
Q: What's included in the rental?
The Horizon unit itself. All consumables — gas, scrubber, cylinders — are charged separately and available through Fin Divers.
Q: Can I carry unused rental days into the next year?
No, unused days do not roll over.
Q: What if I want more than 20 days?
Additional days are not available at this time but may be offered in the future.
Q: Is there a benefit if I decide to buy a Horizon unit later?
Yes! Members who complete a full 12-month term can use the value of their membership (£600) as a discount toward the purchase of a new Mares Horizon.
Q: Can I cancel my membership early?
No. The minimum commitment is 12 months.

Do I need my own equipment
For entry level courses, we provide everything you will need. If there is any special equipment you will need for a course, we will discuss this with you at the time of booking.
Do I need to have any experiance?
For experience and entry level courses, you will not need any experience. For development courses, your instructor will guide you through any course prerequisites.
After completing a Try Dive, am I a qualified diver?
This experience dive can be credited towards the first training dive of an Open Water course. Speak to your Instructor to find out how to transition into being a fully qualified diver.
