    Tank valve specifically designed for sidemount diving. Tank neck thread is DIN EN 144-1 (M 25 x 2). Nautec SLS-L and SLS-R valves are standard shut off devices in accordance with DIN EN 12209-2 (G 5/8“), for an operating pressure of 232 bar. Depending on the model, the shut-off mechanism is arranged either 90° to the left or 90° to the right of the regulator connection. On the opposite side of the knob there is a about 35 mm valve body extension put into place. This prevents the bungee loop from slipping off. Only 1 first stage can be connected. Equipped with “Full-Metal-Core-Rubber Knob” (for maximum grip). The valve is 100 % oxygen-compatible.

    Do I need to have any experiance?

    For experience and entry level courses, you will not need any experience. For development courses, your instructor will guide you through any course prerequisites.

    After completing a Try Dive, am I a qualified diver?

    This experience dive can be credited towards the first training dive of an Open Water course. Speak to your Instructor to find out how to transition into being a fully qualified diver.
